First and foremost is diet. Raw meat (no pork) is the answer, as cooking destroys many of the vital vitamins and minerals needed to sustain healthy skin, eyes, coat, bones and organs.

Then we come to the herb family. We humans have domesticated our animals so that they have not gotten the proper nutrition or exercise. The pets used to run the fields and mountains and eat their herbs and berries while out to exercise. Also getting sunlight on their coats for additional vitamins. Now they stay in heated or air-conditioned homes on pillows or carpet never getting the exercise or nutrition needed, so as we have to supplement our diets, we must do the same for our pets.
