The health benefits may prove profound and dramatic when you stop
consuming, milk, ice cream, yogurt, sweets, butter, cheese, anything with
high milk content. Imagine being free of mucus in your colon, lungs, respiratory
(asthma), eyes, nose, sinus.
Several people, including a smoker, went on a no milk diet, except with coffee
and butter on bread. No Ice cream, pudding, yogurt, cheese, cheese cake, baked
goods, the works. After one month the absence of mucus was remarkable -- no coughing
up mucus, less mucus in stool, dry nose, sinuses better, breathing better, feeling
better, clearer eyes, sleep improvement and the disappearing of so many discomforting
symptoms.

Milk!
It’s as American as apple pie, but once again our medical
advice may just be plain wrong. Of Course it’s shocking
since we have always believed cow’s milk is the perfect
food that provides essential nutrition, helps build a healthy
body and our health could even be in jeopardy without it.
Another
shock is that prominent mainstream medical doctors,
not medical quacks, are saying milk is not healthy for human
consumption and is a contributing factor that leads to many
serious diseases.
Dr.
Russell Bunai, a pediatrician, when asked what single change
in the American diet would product the greatest health benefit: “Eliminating
dairy products.”
A
medical researcher: “Milk as something for
everybody
— higher blood cholesterol and increased risk of heart
disease and stroke.”
Dr.
Kurt Esselbacher: "Homogenized milk, because
of its XO content, is one of the major causes of heart disease
in the U.S.”
So
many other doctors are saying dairy products are
simply no good for humans and present overwhelming
evidence that it is harmful to many adults and infants.
Here
is a summary of what some doctors, researchers, therapists
are saying: Milk can lead to iron deficiency, anemia, allergies,
diarrhea, cramps, gastrointestinal bleeding, sinusitis, skin
rashes, acne, mire colds and flu, arthritis, diabetes, ear
infections, osteoporosis, asthma, autoimmune diseases, constipation,
chronic fatique, headaches, muscle cramps, obesity. Milk also
plays central role in the origins of atherosclerosis, heart
disease and heart attacks.

Can
this really be possible?
We do know that dairy products produce lots of mucus, but may
not have realized the tremendous burden mucus puts on the respiratory,
digestive and immune systems.
Excess mucus in the breathing passages can contribute to respiratory
problems.
An enzyme, XO, from homogenized milk (in addition to cholesterol
and fat) can cause heart disease by damaging arteries.
Milk may contribute to diabetes and autoimmune diseases
by impairing the ability of the pancreas to produce insulin.
Antigens
in cow’s milk may contribute to, arthritis and osteoarthritis
because the body over produces antibody—antigen complexes
that are deposited in the joints; the results is pain, swelling,
redness, stiffness. Many symptoms, in fact, fade rapidly after
eliminating dairy products.
MUCUS
IN THE COLON
Mucus in the digestive tract forms a thick, sticky gluey substance
on the intestinal walls causing poor nutrient absorption, and
retention of fecal matter. Some is stored in the body as highly
acidic, toxic mucus. Colds, influenza, ear infections, soar throats,
coughing, sneezing, sinus problems, allergies, stomach disorders,
head aches and skin problems just may be the body’s way
of eliminating this gooey, dairy mass. Eliminating milk is the
only way to permanently eliminate mucus buildup.
MUCUS
IN THE EYES
The eyes are like an island in a sea of mucus, fungus, toxins
and foreign substances, but mucus predominates. Cataracts are,
undoubtedly, solidified mucus.
ALLERGIES
Allergies due to milk are extremely common. When a single food
is isolated as the cause of an allergy, 60 percent of the
time, it is milk. In infants, symptoms can include asthma,
nasal congestion, skin rash, chest infections, irritability
and fatigue.

LACTOSE
INTOLERANCE
Most of the world’s adult population is “lactose
intolerant.”
They cannot digest lactose, the sugar in milk, indicating that
nature never intended it to be consumed after the normal weaning
period. The body must attempt to digest these foreign components,
yet humans lack the enzymes necessary to break down the lactose
and the casein that holds the precious calcium. Most people
cannot break down the casein in human mother’s milk,
much less cow’s milk!
STREPTOCOCCUS GERM
In general, strep wil1 not establish an infection in children
that are kept on an absolutely no-milk-protein dietary regimen.
CALCIUM
Milk is high in calcium, but in a form that cannot be assimilated
very well by humans. Thousands of blood tests have shown
that those who drank 3 or 4 glasses of milk a day invariably
had the lowest levels of blood calcium. Research has conclusively
shown we can do more to increase calcium levels and strengthen
bones by reducing protein intake, specifically animal products,
rather than increasing calcium intake. One of the most
serious problems of calcium deficiency is osteoporosis.
The best source of calcium for humans is the plant kingdom;
eat more fresh green vegetables.
WITH ALL THE EVIDENCE, CAN
ANYONE STILL BELIEVE COW’S
MILK IS HEALTHY FOR HUMANS?
It seems clear that cow’s milk is for calves, not humans.
Making matters worse is that today’s pasteurized also
contains antibiotics, synthetic hormones and pesticides, and
these chemicals are now in steak, hamburger, beef. It is any
wonder that we can no longer tolerate all these poisons and
become sick and diseased? Look at Americans today and you have
the answer.
