COKE AND PEPSI

COKE AND PEPSI FOR ANYONE THAT DOES NOT KNOW...

The average P.H. of soft drinks, (coke, Pepsi etc.) is 3.4. This acidity is strong enough to dissolve teeth and bones!

Note...P.H. is the acid/alkaline ration of blood or urine, determined largely by diet. A P.H. of 7 is neutral and desirable, less indicates acidity and more indicates alkalinity...

Our human body stops building bones at around the average age of 30. After that it'll be dissolving about 8-18% of it's bones each year through the urine depending on the acidity of the food intake (acidity does not depend on the taste of the food, but on the ratio of potassium/calcium/magnesium etc. to phosphorus).

All of the dissolved calcium compound daily accumulate in the arteries, veins, skin, tissue, and organs. this affects the functioning of the kidneys i.e. kidney stones. Soft drinks do not have any nutritional value (in terms of vitamins and/ or minerals). They have a higher sugar content, higher acidity, and more additives such as preservatives and colorings. Some people like to take cold soft drinks after each meal (usually cooked/heated foods) and guess what happens in the way of a impact here? Bodies have an optimum temperature of 37 degrees for the optimal and effective functioning of digestive enzymes. The cold soft drink temperature is much less then 37, sometimes quite close to "0". This will lower the effectiveness of the enzymes and also put stress on the digestive system, causing less food to be digested. In fact the food gets fermented. The fermented food produces bad smelling gases, decays and forms toxins which are then absorbed in the intestines, get then circulated in the blood and is then delivered to the whole body. This spread of toxins can lead to the development of various types of diseases and in fact is a major contributor to the not only on-set, but many of the chronic conditions that result, which many are living with daily...

So think before you drink your next Coke or Pepsi or any other soft drink, and then consider what you are drinking when you drink on aerated drink? You gulp down carbon dioxide, something that nobody in the world should advise you to do.

Note ...Aerated meaning the forcing of gas into combination with liquids, as in the making of soda water...

Worthy Tid-bits... Two months ago, there was a report made of a competition at Delhi University, "Who can drink the most Coke? The winner drank 8 bottles and died on the spot. Why?... too much carbon dioxide in the blood and not enough oxygen. From then on, the principal banned all soft drinks from the University canteen. Could this be yet another sad case of, "too little, much too late"....

And.....Some-one put a broken tooth in a bottle of Pepsi and in 10 days it was dissolved! Teeth and bones are the only part of the human anatomy that stay intact for years after death. Imagine what these drinks must be doing to your soft intestines and your delicate stomach lining, as they are daily produced in this so called GREAT U.S. of A.?

My Request to all that are blessed to read this message..."Please pass this on to your friends and family members, to increase awareness". And in the mean time.... Good health to you and yours, and... if you think education is expensive, wait until you get the bill for the price you must someday pay for ignorance not over-come...(Hosea 6:4)

Stay Away From Aspartame!

Aspartame is marketed as Nutrisweet, Equal, and Spoonful.  If it says sugar-free on the label, don't even think about it!  Aspartame is so dangerous that when the temperature of this sweetner exceeds eighty degrees, the wood alcohol in aspartame converts to formaldehyde, then to formic acid, which in turn causes metabolic acidosis.  Aspartic acid is the poison found in the sting of ants.  The methyl toxicanomics, among other conditions, multiple sclerosis etc.  This is why MS is being diagnosed more than ever before.  This is why lupus is being diagnosed more than ever before.  In my opinion, symptoms are being misdiagnosed and the problem is simply aspartame.  Aspartame also gives you symptoms of fibomyalgia, spasms, shooting pains, numbness in your lungs, cramps, vertigo, dizziness, aches, tinnitus, joint pain, depression, anxiety attacks, slurred speech, blurred vision, memory loss, and leads to other major diseases.  Keep in mind that diet products use aspartame so that they can claim that these are good to help you lose weight.  The exact opposite is true. These chemically altered products make your body crave carbohydrates.  When you are eating or drinking diet products using aspartame you are almost assured to gain weight.  The poison in aspartame stores in the fat cells, particularly in the hips and thighs. When the poison stores in the fat cells, the fat cells need to dilute the poison by retaining fluid. This is why people who drink lots of diet sodas have bigger hips and thighs.  Aspartame is also extremely dangerous for diabetics because it drives the blood sugar out of control.  This also cause the body to convert food to fat much more easily.  Children, pregnant women, and diabetics are especially at risk for neurological disorders and should never be given artificial sweetners, particularly aspartame.

Aspartame

Due to America's obssesion with dieting, the popularity of aspartame(NutraSweet) has soared.  Because it is about 200 times sweeter than sugar, much smaller amounts of aspartame are needed to sweeten the tastes of foods.  This artificial sweetner pervades supermarket shelves.  It is especially prevelent in diet foods, and can be found in the following products:

  • Instant breakfasts.
  • Breath mints.
  • Cereals.
  • Sugar-free chewing gum.
  • Cocoa mixes.
  • Coffee beverages.
  • Frozen desserts.
  • Gelatin desserts.
  • Juice beverages.
  • Laxatives.
  • Milk drinks.
  • Multivitamins.
  • Nonperscription pharmaceuticals.
  • Shake mixes.
  • Soft drinks.
  • Tabletop sweetners.
  • Tea beverages.
  • Instant teas and coffees.
  • Topping mixes.
  • Wine coolers.
  • Yogurt.
